I bought two Adobe products from a seller on their page, and the keys provided for the two products both were fake and did not work, and I could not even register them on my Adobe account. This company is the worst end users fraudulent ever. I have all supporting evidences to what I have written below. The seller refuses to either refund me or replace my license key.G2A COVERS THEIR SELLET In my question why this happened after so long they explained that adobe runs key audits every now and then randomly and that’s why it got revoked.
They specifically said that the key got revoked because it’s illegally obtained and it’s a product of piracy. I explained to them the response i got from the reseller and they replied that this is not true because i can install the license key in 2 machines (even though i did not!). They informed me that the key license is illegal the reseller is not authorized and that this license key is a product of piracy. They refused to deal with my problem, so i contacted Adobe and asked them to audit my key license and see what’. I contacted the seller and they claimed that “This is a known problem and occurred because from what we see, you tried to install the key in a second machine”, which is not true!! I bought a lifetime one-time purchase for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Mac edition and i be been using it fine until Tuesday when i got blocked from acrobat pro receiving an message from Adobe that my license key is Invalid and not legal, thus they revoked my key.
