


I thought it was one of those cramps I get here and there from my IUD since I don’t really have a consistent period…I would usually get spotting or like 1-2 days of bleeding…I went ahead and went to the gym still and I did my 10 mins on the stairmaster at speed 15… I went ahead and did some dumbbell goodmornings and sumo squats followed by a leg press superset… when I was done with these exercises I went and re racked my weights and went to the restroom…. On Tuesday I was getting ready to go to the gym when I suddenly started to feel pain in my pelvic area… I didn’t pay mind to it.
